How do I place an order?

What are the lead times?
Our stock products are available from stock for fast delivery, despatched within 48 hours of your order being received.
All bespoke product orders have an extended lead time which we will inform you of when we provide you with a quotation.
How do I pay?
If you have a credit account with Spearhead, your order will be placed on account and invoiced for payment within 28 days: by bank transfer, card payment or cheque.
If you do not have a credit account with Spearhead, payment will need to be made at the point of ordering: by card or proforma invoice.
Are there delivery charges?
Delivery is free on all orders with the exception of some remote areas of the UK. If you are ordering stock products on this website, we will contact you before processing the order if additional delivery costs are incurred.
Please let us know at the point of ordering if there are any potential access issues at your care home that our delivery team should be aware of.
